I got a little OCD and wanted to protect the middle base of my catch tray so I laser cut this platform and out of my favorite material 5052 AL .125”. You can also use steel to since it’s cheaper.

This tray allows for the brick to have a nice platform allowing normally operation of the slide out shelves.
