These Die Extenders for the press brakes are essential attachments that expand the working length or depth of a press brake die, enabling it to handle larger or more complex bending tasks. These Extenders help avoid common part collisions during the bend of deep U-shape parts, as well as long return flanges that end up hitting the ram or punch.
Extenders are CNC Machined from high-strength and wear-resistance steel and Black-Oxide Coated
Base on the max open height of the Langmuir Press Brake:
The 1.25" Extender is design to work with ALL punch/die combinations EXCEPT Acute 30 Punch [3169] and the Extreme Gooseneck 85° Punch [3624]
The 2" Extender is ONLY designed to work with these any of these punch/die combinations:
- Standard 30° Punch [9302]
- Heavy Duty 35° Punch [2287]
- Gooseneck 88° Punch [8392]
- Acute 8mm 30° Die [5623]
- Acute 16.5mm 30° Die [9858]
- Acute 26mm 30° Die [9355]

These worked out really well. I was bending a box with three inch sides and had conflict on the last two sides. These solved that issue. They're well also well made.

We love these extensions, they are invaluable in using the Titan 25 T to it's full potential. We bought the longer 8" segment as well for longer deep bends.

I needed just a bit more length on my punch in order to achieve the bend on a complex part. Without adding these extenders I was unable to completed the complex bends required to manufacture my best selling part.
